This second issue of the Journal contains papers selected by an international scientific council, we would like to thank for the strong collaboration of all its members. All these papers were submitted to the international congress of quality management in systems of education and training (CIMQUSEF) organized each year by AMAQUEN. They address three domains of concern at the highest level all stakeholders in the educational system: evaluation, knowledge society and quality of research.
